Deputy CM Jagdish Devda, who rushed to the spot, said that the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, which then veered off the road and fell into a well. There were 13 persons, including two children, in the van. Four have been rescued and hospitalised.
Giving details about the incident, Manoj Kumar Singh, DIG, Mandsaur, said that ten people have died and four have been rescued alive. He further added that the rescue operation will conclude in half an hour.
