
Nine airports in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Punjab have been closed till May 10 after India conducted airstrikes in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The airports which have been closed as a security measure include Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot.
Air India in a statement said flights to and from the following stations were being cancelled till 05.29 pm on 10 May, following a notification from aviation authorities on the closure of these airports. “Customers holding valid tickets for travel during this period will be offered a one-time waiver on rescheduling charges or a full refund for cancellations.
