The fire department said that a fire call was received from Jhuggi near the Shri Niketan Apartment, Sector 17 of the Rohini area. In the fire, two children were fully burned while several others were hospitalised. Thick plumes of smoke were seen rising from the area, a senior police officer told PTI.
