The search operation turned into an encounter after the terrorists opened firing at the positions of security forces. According to a report by NDTV, Army personnel were injured in the gunfight. His identitiy has not been revealed yet.

Pak Intruder Nabbed Along IB In Jammu
A Pakistani intruder was arrested along the International Border in Jammu’s R S Pura sector, officials told PTI on Monday.
The intruder, identified as Siraj Khan from Sargodha in Pakistan’s Punjab province, was noticed by Border Security Force (BSF) troops manning the Octroi outpost at around 9:20 PM on Sunday.
After challenging the intruder, the security troops fired a few rounds at him, following which he was subsequently arrested near the border fence. Officials said that some Pakistani currency notes were also recovered from him.
An interrigation is underway to ascertain his motive behind trying to sneak into Indian territory.
