Godrej Properties logs record Q4 sales at Rs 10,163 crore; FY25 bookings jump 31% to Rs 29,444 crore

Godrej Properties posted its highest-ever quarterly sales bookings in the fourth quarter of FY25, hitting Rs 10,163 crore, a 7 per cent year-on-year rise, the company said in a regulatory filing. Sustained demand across residential markets and successful new launches drove this robust performance.

FY25 bookings surge 31 per cent

For the full fiscal year, sales bookings or pre-sales jumped 31 per cent to Rs 29,444 crore, making Godrej Properties the largest listed real estate developer by booking value for the second year in a row. The company sold 15,302 homes spanning 25.73 million sq ft, up 29 per cent in volume terms.

Q4 alone contributed 3,703 homes and 7.52 million sq ft, reflecting strong momentum in key markets like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. This marked the seventh consecutive quarter of bookings exceeding Rs 5,000 crore.

Growth backed by capital, strong cash flows

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, said, “We have completely reset the scale of our operations.” He highlighted that Godrej Properties raised Rs 6,000 crore via QIP in December 2024, and this capital, along with record operating cash flows, will fuel future growth.

The company’s aggressive land acquisitions and entry into newer markets, including Hyderabad, reflect its expansion strategy aimed at consolidating leadership in the residential real estate segment.

Outlook

Analysts see Godrej Properties maintaining its growth trajectory in FY26, supported by a healthy launch pipeline, strong demand trends, and ample liquidity. The company’s ability to consistently scale quarterly sales, even amid a competitive market, reinforces investor confidence.

With DLF leading by market capitalisation, Godrej’s dominance by booking value gives it a significant edge in terms of operational scale.
