Godrej Properties Ltd. announced on Monday that it sold homes worth more than Rs 1,000 crore at the launch of its Godrej Regal Pavilion project in Hyderabad. This marks the Mumbai-based real estate company’s second successful project launch in Hyderabad this year, with both developments surpassing the Rs 1,000 crore sales milestone at launch.
The Godrej Regal Pavilion boasts a developable potential of 4.14 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,600 crore, according to the company. The project is situated in Rajendra Nagar, an emerging locality in Hyderabad offering easy access to the Outer Ring Road and proximity to the airport—factors that enhance its appeal.
“This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad’s strong growth potential,” said Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties.
Last week, the company also emerged as the highest bidder for a 7.8-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, with a total bid value of Rs 547.78 crore. The new project on this land is estimated to have a revenue potential of Rs 3,800 crore.
On the financial front, Godrej Properties reported a 15.4 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 600 crore for the June quarter compared to the previous year, while revenue declined 41 per cent to Rs 435 crore. Other income rose to Rs 1,186 crore from Rs 960 crore year-on-year. The company posted an EBITDA loss of Rs 243 crore in the quarter.
Shares of Godrej Properties were trading 1.0 per cent higher at Rs 2,073.5 around 9:50 am on Monday, though the stock has declined 25.4 per cent so far in 2025.
