
Net profit for Q4 surges to Rs 638 crore; dividend subject to shareholder approval
HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) on April 17 announced a final dividend of Rs 90 per share for FY24, pending shareholder approval at its upcoming Annual General Meeting. The move comes on the back of a strong quarterly performance, where the company reported an 18 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 638 crore, compared to Rs 541 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total income for the March quarter also saw a healthy increase of 20.5 per cent, rising to Rs 1,025 crore from Rs 851 crore year-on-year.
The asset management giant also declared a dividend of Rs 7.50 per share for the March quarter, separate from the final dividend proposal.
