Videos of the incident are now viral. The mosque was earlier covered with tarpaulin to prevent any incident due to colours being thrown at the structure by miscreants. Police presence in the area was also boosted.

However, the group playing Holi allegedly threw colours and water on the tarpaulin covering the mosque, despite police presence at the spot. The authenticity of the videos could not be independently verified by ABP Live.
