ITC Hotels Q1 FY26 Results: Hospitality chain’s PAT jumps 54% boosted by robust room sales

ITC Hotels Q1 FY26 Results News: ITC Hotels on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 133.1 crore for the quarter ended June 30, marking a jump of 53.8 per cent over the corresponding period a year ago. Its revenue grew 15.5 per cent to Rs 815.5 crore, according to a regulatory filing. ITC Hotels shares–which debuted on Dalal Street in January as ITC completed the demerger of its hotels business with its hotels business–spiked after the earnings announcement, rising as much as 4.0 per cent to Rs 237.5 apiece on BSE. 

ITC Hotels Q1 Earnings | How the hotel chain performed operationally 

ITC Hotels logged 18.9 per cent growth in its quarterly earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to Rs 244.7 crore.

Its margin–a key measure of profitability–expanded by 80 basis points to 30 per cent in the June quarter, according to the filing. 

What drove the profitability for ITC Hotels?

A surge in room sales boosted the company’s profitability. 

Revenue from the segment grew 16 per cent in the June quarter. 

Last year, the segment contributed 52 per cent to the company’s total revenue.

At 2:25 pm, the stock was trading close to its intraday high, quoting 3.9 per cent higher at Rs 237.1 apiece on BSE.
