During her leadership, Yaccarino led a strategic effort to rebuild advertiser trust while pushing forward with new product innovations. She highlighted that the team focused first on user safety—particularly child safety—and then on restoring confidence among advertisers.
“This team has worked relentlessly from groundbreaking innovations like Community Notes, and, soon, X Money to bringing the most iconic voices and content to the platform,” she stated. Community Notes, a user-powered fact-checking initiative, was one of the flagship features introduced under her watch. X Money, a financial services product, is also expected to launch soon.
Acknowledging the collective achievements of the platform, Yaccarino said, “I’m incredibly proud of the X team – the historic business turnaround we have accomplished together has been nothing short of remarkable.”
She described X as a platform that had evolved into a “digital town square for all voices” and the “world’s most powerful culture signal.”
“We couldn’t have achieved that without the support of our users, business partners, and the most innovative team in the world,” she added.
While Yaccarino has not revealed her future plans, she assured users that she remains part of the X ecosystem. “I’ll be cheering you all on as you continue to change the world,” she wrote. “As always, I’ll see you on 𝕏.”
