Abhishek Lodha heads Macrotech Developers (formerly known as the Lodha Group) while his younger brother, Abhinandan, owns the firm House of Abhinandan Lodha Estate Holdings (HoABL).

While confirming the resolution of the disputes, both parties summarised the agreed terms as follows:
- Macrotech Developers Ltd (MDL) is the owner of brand names ‘Lodha’ and ‘Lodha Group’. It also has the exclusive right to use the brand names.
- Abhinandan Lodha is the owner of ‘House of Abhinandan Lodha’ (HoABL). He has the exclusive right to use the brand name.
- ‘Lodha Group’ and ‘House of Abhinandan Lodha’ have no connection with each other.
- Abhinandan has no rights or claims in Lodha Group or MDL or other businesses of Abhishek. Abhishek has no rights or claims in HoABL or other businesses of Abhinandan.

The companies said that they would “widely” communicate the fact that they have no connection with each other, according to the joint statement.

Both Abhishek and Abhinandan expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Justice (Retd.) RV Raveendran, describing his his guidance in the mediation process as “invaluable”.
