
Nestle India Stock Bonus Update: Nestle India, the maker of the famous Maggi noodles, announced on Thursday (June 19) said that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2025, to discuss a proposal for issuing bonus shares.
If the board approved, this would mark the first bonus share issue in the company’s history.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26th June 2025, to, inter alia, consider and approve the proposal for the issue of bonus shares, subject to requisite approvals,” the large-cap FMCG company said.
In view of this event, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will remain closed from June 19, 2025, to June 28, 2025, it added.
Earlier, in January 2024, the FMCG company carried out a stock split, dividing one share of Rs 10 into ten shares of Rs 1 each.
Since then, Nestle has announced dividend payouts five times, amounting to Rs 42.5 per share.

Nestle India posted a net profit of Rs 885.4 crore for the fourth quarter, while revenue from operations stood at Rs 5,503 crore. While revenue momentum remained consistent. EBITDA for Q4 stood at Rs 1,389 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 25.2 per cent.
