
A massive fire broke out in Noida Sector-63, Uttar Pradesh, early on Saturday, April 5. The plumes of black smoke from the fire could be seen several kilometres away.
ADCP Central Noida, Hirdesh Katheria, said, “Sector 63 police station received an alert of a fire in Sector 63. The fire started at a hut in a slum in Bahlolpur and spread to a nearby warehouse. The situation was brought under control with the help of 10 fire engines.”
Katheria said there was no loss of life. An investigation into the incident has been started.
