After charming audiences across India and beyond with its grounded storytelling, lovable characters, and rural realism, Prime Video’s Panchayat is now bringing the glam—on a tennis court!

To celebrate the launch of Panchayat Season 4, the platform released a fresh new photoshoot featuring the show’s cast channeling retro-sporty vibes in a Pickleball-themed campaign, and the internet can’t get enough.

Swapping their rustic wardrobes for crisp athleisure, the cast of Panchayat is giving major fashion goals in this fun and unexpected crossover between village life and vintage sport.

The campaign, aptly titled “Pickleball Season in Phulera,” features actors Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Sanvikaa, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik, Durgesh Kumar, and Ashok Pathak in playful, dynamic shots set on a tennis court.

With pleated skirts, varsity knits, crisp polos, sweatbands, and retro-inspired tracksets, the ensemble cast manages to merge charm with athletic chic.

Launched in 2020, Panchayat quickly earned a reputation as one of India’s most beloved OTT originals. Produced by The Viral Fever (TVF) and directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, the series follows the journey of Abhishek Tripathi (played by Jitendra Kumar), an engineering graduate reluctantly taking up a job as the secretary of a Gram Panchayat in the fictional village of Phulera.

What sets Panchayat apart is its slice-of-life storytelling, rooted humor, and unforgettable ensemble cast—Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, and Sanvikaa, among others—each delivering subtle yet powerful performances.
