RCB vs PBKS Stats Preview, Match 34 – Which players will create new records in today’s IPL match?

PBKS, on the other hand, squeezed past KKR in an adrenaline-pumping game in Mullanpur. Harshit Rana’s burst in the powerplay wrested the momentum back after a solud opening stand. Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy then took care of the rest. KKR lost both openers cheaply, but got into a strong position with a half-century stand between Ajinkya Rahane and Angkrish Raghuvanshi. Yuzvendra Chahal broke the partnership and then triggered a collapse that saw KKR lose six wickets for 17 runs in 31 balls. Andre Russell put life into the game with a 17-run over off Chahal, but Arshdeep Singh’s wicket-maiden to Vaibhav Arora gave PBKS the control back. 

Russell chopped one onto his stumps as Punjab Kings scripted the lowest successful defence in IPL history. Both teams are in the top four of the points table, and this match presents them a mathematical opporttunity to go to the top of the points table.
