The company has set February 20, 2025, as the record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive the dividend. The shares will trade ex-dividend on the same date.
Dividend payment date
Eligible shareholders will receive the interim dividend on or before March 7, 2025. The payout will be made to those whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners at the close of business on February 20, 2025.

Tax deduction on dividend
As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the Finance Act, 2020, the dividend declared by the company is taxable in the hands of shareholders. The company will deduct tax at source (TDS) at applicable rates. Shareholders are advised to update their tax-related information, including PAN and residential status, with their depository participants or the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
