Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were not too pleased with Kuldeep Yadav’s effort on the field during the Semi-Final 1 clash between India and Australia at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, March 4.
The incident took place in the 32nd over of the first innings when Steve Smith flicked a full delivery to Kohli at mid-wicket. The former India skipper threw the ball at the non-striker’s end, flat and hard. Kuldeep thought about collecting the ball but backed out at the last moment. Rohit, who was backing up at cover, stopped the ball.

Rohit and Kohli were seen fuming over Kuldeep as they wanted him to back up the throw. Smith, however, had made his crease by then and that could have been one of the reasons why Kuldeep decided not to stop the ball.
